NOTE: The deadline to register for Claire Emery's wood engraving is July 5th.

Registration for workshops and field trips only (not core conference) is listed below.

Please make sure you double check your workshop and trip selections before you leave the page to confirm. In the case of zBrush, it sometimes will become deselected after you have selected a second item on Friday for example. If so simply recheck it again.

If you want to add something and you have already received a confirmation number, you will have to go back and retype all of your information and you will receive a new confirmation number.

When workshop and field trip limits are met, they will no longer appear as choices.If you are interested in a field trip that has been filled, please send me an email or call me and I will be happy to put you on a waiting list in case of cancellations or for a second van if there is enough interest.

ROOMATES:
If you are unsure of a specific roommate at this point it would be the best policy to sign up for a double and say you are looking for one at this point. If and when you find someone email their name to either Sara Akers at: sara.jay@montana.edu (406 994 6583) or Laura, hcsummer@montana.edu (406 994 3690). If you end up in a single room then you would pay the extra $5 at registration.

This form is strictly to sign up for workshops and field trips, for those not attending the core programs. If you want to sign up for the banquet and are not attending core conference, use the form of the person whose friends/spouses you are. Housing can also be arranged either by going as a double on the same person's form or if you need other special arrangements call the housing coordinator Sara Jay at 406-994-6583 or sara.jay@montana.edu.

ROOM & BOARD

Official conference housing is at the MSU’s Hannon Hall.

Breakfast , lunch and dinner are available at Miller Dining Hall, $6, $7 and $8 respectively. Also, various other vendors are available near the Miller Dining Hall complex and in the basement of the SUB. Union Market and Avagadros # at the SUB will be closed for remodeling but will be open for breakfast and lunch M-F in a temporary location at the Leigh Lounge. All meals are bought on your own.

Important: On-campus housing reservations must be made before (MSU-Date TBD)

We will be unable to refund your housing fee if you cancel your housing reservation after July (MSU-Date TBD)
