New Conference Rate in Effect
The deadline for the reduced conference rate has passed, but we still want people to register and attend! The late registration fee of $40 now applies to the core conference fee. Remember, if you can't make it for the whole conference, you can register by the day for the core conference. The daily registration fee has increased by $15, and you can register just for the workshops, too. But why would you want to? Come for the whole week... you'll have a fantastic time! Note: An additional GUIDED VISIT has been scheduled to occur during the Core Conference:
A visit to Cornell’s Johnson Museum of Art, where Nancy Greene, Curator of Works on Paper, will give us a half hour talk and tour of some of the Museum’s print collection, followed by a self guided general tour. The visit will run from 1:00 to 3:00 PM on Tuesday. The Museum's collection is housed in a building designed by I. M. Pei; it is a small masterpiece, with stunning views of Cayuga Lake, the campus, and Ithaca. A link to info on the building’s background is provided on the Links of Interest page. This guided visit is not listed on the registration form, so add it to the bottom or back of the form, or attach a note to include it. You can alternatively sign up when you arrive. This event is free.

- The core conference fee: $155 (GNSI Members/IC & Cornell Students), or $240 (Non-members); late registration fee of $40 added after June 16. Per day registration fee is $60 (GNSI Members/IC & Cornell Students), and $80 (Non-members); late registration fee of $15 after June 16.
- Membership renewal:
- US: $85 one year; $160 two years, if paid in advance.
- International: $105 one year; $200 two years, if paid in advance.
- Join the GNSI for one year plus the conference fee for $235!
- Workshops & Field Trips: Half-Day, $55; Full-Day, $100; Two-Day Workshops, $200 (not including material fees; second full day is optional for this year's selections, see the Workshops page). Field Trip prices vary and will be disclosed on the registration form.
- Banquet: $45 per adult ($22.50 per child)
- Room prices per day at IC: $37 (single-occupancy), $32 (double-occupancy)
- Meal plans: Option 1: $53.40; Option 2: $73.50 (refer to Housing & Dining Web page for option descriptions).
- Internet access: For residence hall access, $50/week; all other access on campus is free.
- Merchandise: Each
- Group photo: $8
- T-Shirt: $12
- Totebags: $14
- Journals: $10
- Travel to/from airport: No rental car needed; taxis cost ~$13 one way to IC campus.
- Parking: Free, but you need a tag (indicate on the registration form).
