On-Campus Housing
Conference accommodations will be at the Wolf Village. These apartment buildings have communal areas where the after-hour parties are bound to happen. What a great way to catch up with old friends, and to make new friends!
Lodging
Wolf Village Apartments are located on the western edge of the North Carolina State University campus. It is at the intersection of Western Boulevard and Gorman Street. Access the apartments from Gorman Street.

Checking In
You will receive your conference packet in the lobby of the apartments. The registration desk will remain in the lobby for the duration of our stay.
The attendees will be staying at Buildings C & H at the Wolf Creek Complex.
Housekeeping & After Hour Entry
A NCSU staff person will staff the service desk for Building G 24 hours a day. Staff members handle all maintance issues and housekeeping requests. At night, they are on call and phone numbers will be posted in case you have an emergency.
The exterior doors are unlocked from 8 am – 10 pm. After
10 you will need a key “fob” that you will receive when you register.

Each unit has 4 single bedrooms with fullsized beds and two bathrooms.
Bedrooms are funished with desks, chairs, dressers and closets. You will be provided with two sheets, two towels and washcloth, blanket, pillow, and pillowcase. Bring your own hangers, laundry soap, dish soap, and toiletries.
Each apartment is equipped with a small kitchen and includes a refrigerator,
stove, microwave, and washer and dryer. You will need to bring kitchen equipment,
utensils, and detergent. There are also outdoor grills for our use.
Alcohol is allowed, just be discrete. Kegs are prohibited.

Off-Campus Housing
The McKimmon Center participates with local hotels providing discounts for conference attendees. If you wish to stay at a hotel rather than Wolf Village, see the list of recommended hotels at the McKimmon Center Website.
To get a discount on your hotel price, when you make your reservation, state that you are attending a conference at McKimmon.

Camping
There's nothing like roasting marshmallows over an open fire after a long day of technique workshops. Raleigh has a handful of parks that allow camping within easy reach, whether you want to rough it during the conference itself or relax before or after the event.
