$38/night per person

Meal Card:
Breakfasts: $6.50/day
Lunches: $8.25/day.
***NOTE: Wednesday lunch will be at the Business Meeting and is part of your conference fee.

Refund Policy
Cancellation Before May 4, 2010: 100% refund, less Credit Card fees and non-refundable Activity fees*.
Cancellation Before June 4, 2010: 50% refund of Core fees, 100% refund of Activity Fees, less Credit Card fees and non-refundable Activity Fees.
Cancellation After June 4, 2010: Partial refunds on a case by case basis.
--Switching between open slots in workshops and field trips is generally allowed.
--Switching slots on activities that have pre-committed monies may limit refunds.
--Failure to attend an activity will not constitute a reason for a refund.
All activity fees will be collected prior to an activity.
All refunds will be distributed after the conference by mail.
In the event that the Conference is canceled, 100% refunds will be made.
(*Activity Fees are defined as all non-core conference fee charges.)

Our annual conferences are the result of countless hours invested by passionate volunteers. Do you have time to pitch in? Below is a list of volunteer projects we are hoping to fill.

Registration Desk Assistance
Assistance with schedule changes, workshop and field trip roster sheets. Make copies. Keep track of cash and merchandise.
Presentations:
Need someone to help each presenter use the computers.
Annual Exhibit:
Need 1 or 2 people to help position the paintings, labels, and supplemental exhibit items. Contact Katura at hikatura-AT-gmail-DOT-com for details.
Small Works Exhibit:
Need 1 or 2 people to help set up and take down display panels.
Auction:
Need 2 people to show off items in live auction, and 4 to 6 people to help with setup, takedown, and inventory.
Conference Packets:
Need volunteers to help assemble packets, and volunteers to help work the registration desk on Sunday and Monday.
Field Trips:
Need drivers to help transport folks on field trips.
Banquet:
Need 1 person to help set up decorations for the banquet.
